WHAT ARE LeMU POUCHES USED FOR?
LeMU pouches are perfect to stow damp swimsuits, active wear post workout, accident-prone toiletries when traveling, make-up, and are most commonly used as a clutch. Our favorite use is for suitcase organization.
WHAT MAKES LeMU POUCHES DIFFERENT?
Our fabric was specially developed to be as soft as it is functional. It is lightweight, waterproof, and feels good. Your belongings will be protected from a light splash, light rain, or cocktail spill. Do not submerge your LeMU pouch with belongings inside. The zipper and seams of LeMU bags are not watertight. Splash not Snorkel.
ARE LeMU POUCHES WATERPROOF?
No. The technical fabric is waterproof, however, the zipper and seams are not watertight.
WHAT IS LeMU'S RETURN POLICY?
Bags can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in new condition with tags.
You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted. Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly.
You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details when your order has shipped. We ship all orders from our base on the Gold Coast and orders are sent via Australia Post. You can expect delivery within 1-4 business days (within Australia). Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave however if you require a signature upon delivery please contact email@example.com
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will investigate this for you. Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.
